Get playful, open up, and enjoy finding more balance in your body, mind, and spirit in this serene flow. The focus of this yoga flow is on bringing more balance to your body, mind, and spirit.This week's standing balancing pose: Virabhadrasana 3, Warrior 3. In the Yoga Balancing Challenge we will work on a new yoga standing balancing pose each week for 9 weeks. Each week we will work on doing more than standing on one foot without falling. We will find the sweet spot between building strength and opening up more flexibility in our bodies.
