Detox Challenge Week 3 | Release toxins, stimulate your digestion, and release all that no longer serves you. This Power Yoga Detoxifying Flow will Energize & Revitalize you. Looking for a Detoxifying Yoga Challenge? Complete this yoga flow everyday for one week. Each morning drink a huge glass of water with one fresh squeezed lemon. Drink only unsweetened coffee, tea, or water. Fast, so give up eating anything from 7 pm at night until lunch time every day. Give your digestion time to detoxify and revitalize. Before lunch eat at least one raw vegetable, such as a carrot, silces of cucumber, or red bell pepper slices. Make lunch your main meal of the day, if at all possible, and eat enough! Enjoy your food and be present while eating. The final and most important step: Choose to feel light, free, and gorgeous.
