From the bottom of my heart, I wish you healing and radiant health and joy. Introspective and meditative, in this healing yin yoga class you will hold each pose for around 3 minutes as you breathe deeply and rhythmically. Gentle surrender into the poses allows the body to open and a wave of healing to wash over your body, mind, and spirit. Surrender into the postures and allow healing and opening to happen in your deep tissues and fascia. You may not feel a change after your first yin yoga class. It can take up to three to four sessions before you can relax into stillness, attaching your mind to the breath, and opening to whatever arises.
✨ABOUT THIS 90 Minute YIN YOGA HEALING CLASS✨ Nourish, and balance your body and mind and get a delicious deep stretch. The sequence is intermediate in level but accessible for beginners. Listen to your body and never sacrifice smooth, deep, even breathing through the nose. By breathing deeply from the belly and feeling your lungs expand in 360 degrees, you will be activating your parasympathetic nervous system, which will wash your body in repair and care treatment.
