Today is a Yoga Flow to Balance Stress so that you can Release tension, RELAX, and Refresh. This week's standing balancing pose: Vrikshasana, Tree Pose.
The focus of this yoga flow is on bringing more balance to your body, mind, and spirit. Want to improve your balance and total body strength and flexibility? Subscribe to Yoga with Heather. In the Yoga Balancing Challenge we will work on a new yoga standing balancing pose each week for 9 weeks. Each week we will work on doing more than standing on one foot without falling. We will find the sweet spot between building strength and opening up more flexibility in our bodies. Taking time to go inward in short mini meditations will allow our emotions and mind to come to stillness and open up new spaciousness within. SO, ready to get BALANCED in body, mind, and soul? Let's get started. I love hearing from you. How is your balance improving? Let me know in the comments. Namaste Heather
